Fondacija ARKA, u saradnji sa partnerima iz 10 zemalja (Italija, Rumunija, Slovačka, Malta, Portugal, Poljska, Grčka, Bugarska, Mađarska i Litvanija), poziva osobe koje rade sa mladima iz Srbije, da se prijave na trening “HUMAN: Handling Universal Matters and Norms on Human Rights Education”.

Mesto održavanja treninga: Kaunas, Litvanija
Datum održavanja treninga: 17-24. novembar 2019. godine

Ciljevi ovog treninga su:

  • istražiti nove izazove i trendove u oblasti obrazovanja za ljudska prava;
  • obučiti učesnike/ce da primene raznovrsne metode i pristupe učenju o ljudskim pravima u radu sa mladima;
  • obezbediti prostor i za sticanje praktičnog iskustva u sferi obrazovanja za ljudska prava u oblasti mladih;
  • podeliti izazove i primere dobre prakse iz čitave Evrope u sferi obrazovanja za ljudska prava u oblasti mladih;
  • proširiti mrežu onih koji/e rade s mladima u oblasti obrazovanja za ljudska prava;
  • osnažiti učesnike/ce da koriste Erasmus+ program kao mehanizam za promociju ljudskih prava među mladima u Evropi.

Zanima te da li si naš/a idealni/a kandidat/kinja? Ako:

  • imaš između 20 i 35 godina,
  • trenutno živiš u Srbiji,
  • radiš sa mladima (nije potrebno da budeš sertifikovani/a omladinski/a radnik/ca, dovoljno je da imaš iskustva u radu sa mladima),
  • imaš motivaciju i spremnost da doprineseš programu treninga,
  • tečno govoriš engleski,
  • spreman/na si da u celosti prisustvuješ treningu,

Rok za prijave je 25. septembar 2019. godine.
Odabrani kandidati/kinje biće obavešteni do 1. oktobra 2019. godine.
Planirana su dva kruga selekcije, od kojih drugi podrazumeva Skype intervju.

Smeštaj i hranu, kao i materijal potreban za trening, obezbeđuje organizator treninga. Putni troškovi se refundiraju nakon treninga. Maksimalni iznos za refundaciju putnih troškova za učesnike/ce iz Srbije iznosi 275 EUR.

ARKA Foundation, in collaboration with 10 other partner organizations from Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Malta, Portugal, Poland, Greece, Bulgaria and Hungary and Lithuania, invites youth workers from Serbia to apply for the upcoming training course for youth workers “HUMAN: Handling Universal Matters and Norms on Human Rights Education”.

Venue: Kaunas, Lithuania
Dates: November 17th-24th 2019

The objectives of the training course are:

  • to explore new challenges and trends in Human Rights education for youth;
  • to equip youth workers with skills necessary to apply different educational approaches to human rights in the groups of young people;
  • to provide youth trainers and youth workers a space to get practical working experience on Human Rights Education for youth;
  • to share examples, issues and best practices for Human Rights education for youth in different contexts in Europe;
  • to widen the network of youth workers and trainers on Human Rights education for youth;
  • to foster the use of the Erasmus + programme as a tool for promotion of Human Rights among young people in Europe.

If you are:

  • 20-35 years old,
  • currently residing in Serbia,
  • currently working as a youth worker,
  • motivated and willing to contribute to the programme,
  • able to work in English,
  • able to fully participate in the training course,

Selected participants will be notified by October 1st 2019.
There are two rounds of the selection process, the second being a Skype interview.

Accommodation and food, as well as training material are provided by the organizers. Travel costs are reimbursed after the completion of the training course. Maximum amount for reimbursement for participants from Serbia is 275 EUR.
